About the role

As a DevOps Specialist at Merapar you will build complex, secure and scalable cloud-based solutions within the domains of Broadcasting, Fintech IoT and Automotive. Some of our clients within these domains are large international media businesses. Millions of people make use of our solutions on a daily basis, so in order to make sure that the end-users will have the best experience when interacting with or using these products, you and your team are responsible for developing end to end solutions that make sure all systems will run smoothly in the background.

As a DevOps Specialist you will be responsible for the design, implementation and operations of backend or frontend products and inspire your team to build great software, share knowledge and find new ways to solve problems together. You are the Linux and CI/CD expert, help the development teams automating as much of their work as possible, and are experienced in integrating everything in Cloud.

You:

About You

You:

have a Computer Science related Bachelors or Masters degree and work experience in this area
have a good understanding of software security, scalability and resilience
have experience with defining, implementing, releasing and maintaining various microservices, both back- and frontend based
have the ability to identify and solve problems and work with minimal guidance and direction
speak Dutch and English
are resident in The Netherlands
