About the role

We are an international organisation with offices in Veldhoven (HQ), Amsterdam, United Kingdom, Germany, Poland and Belgium. Within the Netherlands, we are looking for a HR Generalist to strengthen our growing Human Resources team. You will be an integral part of our international HR team, responsible for all HR matters within Merapar Netherlands.

You will:

act as a point of contact for all levels within the organisation.
ensure the enforcement of procedures regarding salary, leave, illness, bonuses, pension and dismissal.
stay up to date with all HR legislation
organise and coordinate performance reviews and assessment cycles.
be involved in the recruitment process, from recruiting to onboarding new colleagues.
help implement a human resource strategy in the Netherlands and internationally, such as shaping the recruitment and selection policy for new personnel and onboarding new employees.
work in a role in which you are given a lot of freedom and responsibility.

About You

You will have HBO working and thinking level, in possession of a completed education in the direction of HRM or related education.
You have a minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
You like to work independently.
You have good knowledge of the Dutch and English language.
You are available for at least 30 hours per week.
