As a Sales Executive at Merapar you will be a leading force in our sales team in The Netherlands to help us in the next stage of our growth journey. You should have a proven track record in selling consulting or (cloud native) software development services to large accounts and have a clear vision on how to increase sales.
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for defining and executing your strategy to, generate new leads, grow and maintain the existing business and build sustainable long-term relationships with our customers and partners.
Next to being a visionary on how to improve sales at a strategic level, you should also be energized by getting hands-on. You are an experienced and effective communicator to technical staff and high-level stakeholders (including C-level) alike, understand their challenges and know how to tailor our proposition in order to offer our clients the best solution possible.

...you will be a fit for this position if you:
have 10+ years proven track record of success in selling consulting and / or software development services
- are native Dutch speaking, fluent in English both written and oral. Third language is a plus
- are a motivational speaker and have excellent skills in presenting and representing the company in public
- excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- are able to create a clear vision on how to reach and exceed sales targets
- are an excellent communicator with high-level stakeholders, including C-level,
- ability to travel
- are a team player, able to motivate and inspire your team members
