What would be your role:

- As the sales director for Southern Europe you:

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them

- Drive the AWS partnership

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales

- In time, own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Who are we looking for:

- You have excellent mentoring, coaching and team spirit

- You are committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

- You have a solid network and address book in France and ideally Spain

- You have gained an extensive knowledge of selling software professional services ideally as Scrum Teams

- You have already driven a partnership with Amazon in general and AWS in particular

- You are a natural communicator able to present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization

- You still have a hands-on approach from plan to close deals

- Your mother tongue is French

- You are graduated with a business degree

You will be working in Monaco
